Celebrating Mother's Day !

It’s that time of the year when we all celebrate the purest and truest love of our lives – our Mothers. Superwoman and a Supermom all rolled into one, mothers are like angels. As an ode to all the mothers, a fun walk / run / Challenges with lot more fun activities post run.

Imbibing its commitment towards promoting health and wellness among while raising awareness about various social and environmental issues, the World Earth Day run was a great way for the mall to integrate these two goals, while kicking off its anniversary celebrations. The run was organised The run attracted over 1500 participants from all age groups, who came together to show their support for a healthier and more sustainable world. The runners also took part in plethora activities organised by the mall such as Zumba session, Drum Circle Performance and couples run. Building awareness about the importance of urban forest development and rejuvenation of ponds, Ramveer Tanwar a.k.a Pondman of India conducted an informative session for the participants. The event was concluded with a tree plantation drive with actor Milind Soman.

Celebrating the international theme of Embrace Equity, this Women’s Day more than 500 women ran to build awareness about the importance of equity in different spheres of life. The participants took the opportunity to showcase the versatility of the Saree by participating in 2.5 kms Saree Run. A playful Holi celebration brought  the event to a vibrant conclusion.

The morning was set aside for the DLF MOI Active Noida Run for Martyrs to honour the brave, unselfish, and fearless warriors of India. With over 200 participants and a hearty sense of unity, joy, and patriotism, a variety of people were observed completing the run, including retirees and parents with their children. Each participant in the run was awarded a certificate and a medal.

A run of 25 km on 25 December by 25 runners - was organized to kickstart Christmas in an exciting way.

Concluding the year on a celebratory note, on Christmas  25 runners ran 25 kms to build awareness about a healthy & active lifestyle.

A 9-day coffee festival Let’s Caffeine offering a wide array of coffee was organised in the outdoors under the open sun.

On the occasion of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, DLF Mall of India in association with Shankara Special School organised a two-day program to spread awareness about the needs and rights of people with disabilities.  The 3rd session of DLF MOI ACTIVE NOIDA was thus held on 3rd and 4th December 2022, comprising of workshops, diversity walk and host of joyful activities for differently abled children. The event provided a platform to individuals with disability to express with a series of activities including a 1 KM Walkathon, live canvas painting, a music & dance performance, and street play by differently abled children to showcase their talents.

Over 150 children between the age group of 6 – 16 years participated in activities that included 1, 2 & 3 kms run. Tree plantation drive  and Plogging session with Ripu Daman (plogman of India) organised along with drawing and slogan contest about protecting the environment, awareness session on traffic rules and other road safety  norms and complimentary eye checkup camp by Max Healthcare. The events were organized in coordination with local authorities such as City Magistrate Office, Police Department, Fire, Traffic Department, Local Intelligence Unit,  Entertainment Tax, Electrical Safety and Sports Officer.

The autumn edition of  DLF MOI ACTIVE NOIDA commenced on 15th Oct 2022 with an awareness run against Breast Cancer in association with Max Healthcare. Doctors from Max Hospitals and breast cancer survivors conducted awareness session. More than 500 runners participated in the 5kms & 10 Kms run and other fitness activities such as Zumba and Dance workout, push-up challenges and more. 

The visitors got a chance to experience the vibrant colours, flavours, fun and frolic of Purani Dilli, right here in Noida.

To commemorate 75 years of India's independence, we had a thrilling day in store for the visitors where they enjoyed Tiranga Yatra by Radio Mirchi and a live performance by the Indian Coast Guard.
